A question about a post, a lunchbox idea I should try, or a correction? Email me at gemma@lunchboxesandlaundry.co.uk. I read everything myself and usually reply within a few days, though it can take longer in the school holidays.
I can't give personal financial, legal or medical advice. For decisions about money, insurance or your family's health, please speak to a qualified professional.
Working together
Brands and PR agencies can use the same address. I only write about things our family has actually used or seriously considered, and anything sponsored or paid is clearly labelled. See the disclosure page for how affiliate links work here.
