Lunchboxes & Laundry is a personal blog written by me, Gemma Shaw, in Leeds. To help cover the cost of running it, some posts contain affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something or sign up for a service, the blog may earn a small commission. The price you pay stays the same.
How I choose what to mention
I only write about shops, products and services our family has used, compared or seriously looked into. A commission never decides what I write about, and I'll say plainly when something didn't work for us or wasn't worth the money.
About the numbers
Prices, bills and totals on this blog come from our own receipts, statements and meter readings on the dates mentioned. Your area, your usage and next month's prices will be different, so treat them as one family's record, not a promise or a quote.
Not advice
Everything here is my own experience and opinion. It isn't financial, insurance, legal, medical or nutritional advice. Tariffs, policies and offers change, so please read the current terms and, where it matters, speak to a qualified professional before deciding anything.
Ads and sponsored posts
I don't run display ads. If a post is ever sponsored or a product was given to us for free, it will say so clearly at the top of the post.
